Dining On the Strip

Below you will find a select number of wonderful dining places located in downtown Las Vegas. As a resident of the area, you will have convenient access to all of them. While some of these restaurants might not be suited for your everyday dining, they are renowned for their atmosphere and are great for special occasions or out-of-town guests.

Table 10

Home to celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, Table 10 is a great place to spend the evening, with a mix of elegance and comfort. The restaurant, which is located in the Pallazo, is reminiscent of old-world New Orleans... the region that inspired Mr. Lagasse’s talents. The eclectic menu brings together some of the best dishes of New American flavor and is well-known for using only the best and finest ingredients.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Joël Robuchon’s traditional French cuisine has made this establishment a favorite among both those loving European food and casual diners, alike. To create a more intimate and close-knit feeling, there is limited seating at this venue. It’s a personal environment where every need is taken care of.

Aureole

Bringing a New York style to Las Vegas, Chef Charlie Palmer transformed the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. The space is warm and sophisticated... welcoming visitors with warm colors, floral arrangements, and live swans! Both the full-course options and a la carte menu offer exciting, deconstructed versions of American classics. Aureole is also quite famous for its desserts.

Olives

Todd English has made the Bellagio his Las Vegas residence, bringing with him a Mediterranean-influenced restaurant that evokes the upscale dining facilities of Manhattan. The menu reflects traditional Mediterranean fair with a personal Todd English twist that captures new ways to taste familiar dishes from this region of the world. Popular menu options include pastas, rotisserie dishes, brick oven-prepared pizzas and steaks.

Mix

With an almost ridiculously unparalleled design, Mix has a 15,000 piece “champaign bubble” chandelier, serving as the restaurant’s visual centerpiece. As internationally acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse’s first Las Vegas establishment, the menu is classic American with a French glaze, complimented by exquisite beverage and dessert options. Floor to ceiling glass walls allow guests to experience breathtaking views of the Strip and surrounding area.
