My background as both a seasoned Realtor and an experienced appraiser gives me a unique edge in accurately assessing property values and negotiating offers that truly benefit my clients.

Before I found my calling in real estate, I worked as a sign language interpreter and martial arts instructor, roles that shaped my ability to connect with and serve a diverse range of clients. My life is also enriched by my two Labradoodles, Bentley and Bella, who remind me of the importance of finding a home that suits every member of the family.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me at the bowling alley, staying active with my bowling league, or enjoying a workout. I’m passionate about music, singing, and playing the guitar, and I love to travel and explore new places. I also believe in giving back, whether through community service or church activities.

I Cannot praise the work Sandy did for me enough. After inheriting a property in Las Vegas, a friend connected me to Sandy Margolin. I felt comfortable with her from our first call. Because I lived in Michigan, Sandy not only had to educate me on the area, work in a different time zone but also had to help me find lots of connections. First thing was to clean out the property - I came out by myself and Sandy came over and gave me hours of personal time helping me sort and haul away items in the condo.
