Terra Bella at Anthem,
a chapter,

not a house

Terra Bella at Anthem is a gated 55+ condominium community at 2555 Hampton Road inside the Anthem master plan in Henderson, 164 residences in Mediterranean-style, elevator-served three-story buildings with attached garages. It is the lock-and-leave end of the 55+ spectrum: resort amenities, no exterior maintenance and the whole Anthem lifestyle outside the gate. This guide covers where it sits, how to get around, what is inside, what is nearby, and what living here actually feels like. I live in a 55+ community myself, and I have helped buyers and sellers here for years.

01 · Overview

Lock-and-leave 55+ living in Mediterranean style

Start with a map. Put your finger inside the Anthem master plan in Henderson, off Hampton Road near the 215, and you have found Terra Bella at Anthem. It is a gated condominium community, 164 residences in Mediterranean-style three-story buildings, each with an elevator and a private ground-floor attached garage.

Lennar completed the community, with construction beginning in 2020, and the homes are single-level units inside multistory buildings: from about 1,424 to 2,247 square feet with one to two bedrooms. For buyers who want the 55+ lifestyle without a yard, a roof or exterior maintenance, this is the Anthem answer.

I know this community the way you want your agent to know it. I have toured its buildings, walked its grounds and helped buyers and sellers here for years, and I live in a 55+ community myself. If you are comparing condominium 55+ options in Henderson, this is an important stop.

02 · Getting around

Hampton Road and the 215 Beltway

One freeway matters most here: the I-215 Beltway, which runs along the Anthem master plan with interchanges near Hampton Road, Eastern Avenue and Anthem Parkway. From Terra Bella's gate, residents are on a limited-access freeway within minutes.

Anthem's own commercial nodes, including Anthem Village Center and Anthem Highlands, handle the daily errands, and the Strip and airport are both straightforward freeway drives.

These are realistic day-to-day drive times from the community, the ones residents actually live with, not best-case numbers. Traffic on the 215 toward the Strip will add time at peak hours.

03 · Amenities inside the community

Resort pool, clubhouse and fitness on site

The short version is easy to remember: a resort-style pool and spa, a clubhouse with a social lounge, a fitness center and aerobics studio, a game room, a library and walking paths, all on the property. The longer version is that maintenance living means those amenities are the whole point of the address.

Lock-and-leave days

Walking paths, BBQs and no exterior maintenance at all.

None of this is a brochure. It is what residents actually use, and it is a big part of why the community works. When I show Terra Bella, we spend as much time on the amenity calendar as on the floor plan, because that is where the value of the lifestyle lives.

04 · Dining

Anthem Village Center at the edge of the master

Terra Bella has no restaurant of its own, and with the Anthem Village Center just minutes away, residents do not miss it: the center carries a Vons, a CVS and restaurants including Prosecco Italian Osteria and Rebellion Pizza. Anthem Highlands and The District at Green Valley Ranch round out the dining map.

05 · Healthcare

St. Rose Dominican on the St. Rose corridor

Dignity Health's St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus at 3001 St. Rose Parkway is the closest full-service hospital to the Anthem side of Henderson, about ten minutes from Terra Bella, with a 24-hour emergency department. Henderson Hospital on the 215 corridor is the second option.

Urgent care and medical offices sit along the St. Rose and Anthem corridors, so routine appointments, labs and specialists stay close to home.

Why this matters in a 55+ decision: a full-service hospital a short drive away, with urgent care closer still, takes a real worry off the table as you plan the next chapter.

06 · Shopping

Vons at the Village, Costco on the corridor

Everyday shopping starts at Anthem Village Center, minutes from the gate, with a Vons, a CVS and restaurants. Anthem Highlands adds an Albertsons, and bigger runs head to Smiths and Whole Foods just outside the master plan or Costco on the St. Rose corridor.

For a full shopping day, The District at Green Valley Ranch and the 215 corridor cover the open-air centers and big-box stores.

09 · The lifestyle

You are not buying a house. You are choosing how to live.

Everything on this page is background. The lifestyle is the point. Terra Bella at Anthem is built on freedom from maintenance: resort amenities downstairs, the Anthem master plan outside the gate and a social life among neighbors in the same life stage. It is a lifestyle decision as much as a real estate decision.

This is the message I bring to every 55+ conversation: it is not just about the house, it is about the lifestyle. The right next home is the one that serves the life you actually want to live. That is what "a chapter, not a house" means, and it is how I match people to communities.

A resort calendar

Activities and events around the clubhouse.

Elevator neighbors

A community of people in a similar life stage.

Zero maintenance

No yard, no roof, no exterior work, ever.

Pool days

A resort pool, spa and cabanas downstairs.

I live in a 55+ community myself, so I know what the Friday night dinners sound like, what the pickleball calendar looks like and why new residents make friends faster than they expected. That is the honest version of this lifestyle, and it is the version I share with every client.

"It's not just about the house, it's about the lifestyle."
