The authority guide

What Inspirada is

Inspirada bets on neighborhood life over private clubs: parks, pods, trails and a shared calendar instead of a gatehouse.

The community name means 'inspired' in Portuguese, and the master was designed around smaller villages near 200 to 250 acres each, each with its own parks within walking distance. Common figures describe about 1,940 acres with around 11,500 homes at full build-out, with the City of Henderson's own records citing similar scale.

The builder list reads like a who's who of national construction: Toll Brothers, KB Home, Pardee, Lennar, Century Communities, Tri Pointe and others have each built parcels inside the villages.

Location is the constant with Henderson's newer plans: Inspirada sits at the gateway to the Sloan Canyon and the desert south rim, with the 215 and the county's quiet roads balancing the commute the rest of the way to the valley's center.

Villages of Inspirada

Seven villages, two dedicated guides

Inspirada is organized into seven named villages of roughly 200 to 250 acres each, and two of them have their own dedicated guides on this site. Civita is the walkable village and town center at the community's heart, combining residential living with the everyday convenience of shops, restaurants and cafes. Balera is a modern single-family residential village, named, like the rest of Inspirada's arts-themed villages, after dance as an art form.

The remaining named villages complete the seven: Bellante, Ceramista, Cienza, Esplora and Palestra. Each is a residential village within the master plan, and each contains its own smaller builder product neighborhoods, sometimes called pods, which are builder collections within the village rather than separate communities.

Because the pods are built and named by the individual builders and change as phases sell through, the community's own neighborhoods pages at the official site are the definitive, current list for the exact pods in each village.

  • Seven named villages of 200 to 250 acres each
  • Civita: the village and walkable town center
  • Balera: a single-family residential village
  • Bellante, Ceramista, Cienza, Esplora and Palestra: the other residential villages
  • Builder pods are collections within each village, not separate communities
Builders

Who builds in Inspirada

The master developers focused on land, parks and programming, then sold parcels to national builders. The result is variety: two-story family plans in one pod, contemporary townhomes in another, and custom infill throughout, with every home trading as newer construction.

Schools

Schools at Inspirada

The master hosts public and charter campuses, including Pinecrest Academy of Nevada at Inspirada, a public charter serving the area that the City of Henderson lists among its schools. District zoning varies by address, so confirm the assigned campus before you settle on a home.

Living here

The everyday Inspirada

The lifestyle is parks, programs and neighbors. The community association runs a packed calendar, the pods keep streets quiet, and the open space along the south rim makes for genuine desert access without leaving Henderson.
