Mountains Edge Overview
Mountains Edge sits in the Enterprise area of unincorporated Clark County, near Buffalo Drive and Blue Diamond Road in the southwest valley, just minutes from the I-215 and Blue Diamond corridors. Development planning goes back to the late 1990s, and the first homes opened in 2004, building out across the 2000s through today. It quickly became one of the defining "new Southwest" communities of the valley.
The master plan covers roughly 3,000 acres with more than 12,000 homes completed and about 14,500 planned at full build-out, spread across a collection of neighborhoods and villages that community guides count at 30 or more. Each village was built by a different mix of national and regional builders, which is why the architecture, gate status and price band shift from village to village.
The plan's biggest asset is open space: Exploration Peak Park anchors the center near Buffalo Boulevard, with a trail system threading through the plan and connecting to neighborhood parks and both regional parks. There is no golf course inside the master plan itself; the lifestyle is neighborhood parks, trails, mountain views and fast access to the 215.

Two Communities With Dedicated Guides
Most of Mountains Edge is made up of production villages that belong on this page. Two gated luxury communities inside the plan have their own identity and their own in-depth guides: the upscale, view-oriented Denali and the Mediterranean-inspired Bella Monte.
Denali at Mountains Edge
A gated, upscale community in the master plan's elevated ground, known for its larger homes and mountain and desert views.
Bella Monte at Mountains Edge
A gated luxury enclave with Mediterranean-inspired architecture, larger custom-style homes and resort-style amenities.
Villages & Neighborhoods
Mountains Edge is organized into more than 30 named villages and home collections. Most are single-family and townhome production villages built by the master plan's builders, and they are retained right here on this page as the neighborhoods of the community rather than as separate guides. The two prominent gated luxury communities inside the plan are the exception: each now has its own in-depth guide, Denali at Mountains Edge and Bella Monte at Mountains Edge.
This is the verified inventory of Mountains Edge neighborhoods, from builder production villages such as Silver Hills (a KB Home single-family community) to the plan's townhome collections. These communities all stay at this level of the guide; if you are considering one, I know it and can walk you through how it lives.
Who built the villages
Multiple national and regional homebuilders built across the master plan, so the villages differ by builder and era.
