“Five weeks to the day I signed with Sandy, my home sale closed. I don't mean that I got an offer, or that I agreed to a counter-offer or that someone agreed to my own counter -- no, I mean that the sale closed, and at a higher price than I had hoped for. I never expected it to happen so quickly. Now, some might attribute that to an improved market. I don't discount that. But there's no question that the marketing that Sandy put in place, designed to meet a changing digital and social media reality, made the difference in how quickly the sale occurred. From the first day the "for sale" sign went up, I had prospective buyers in the house, each and every day, even multiple times a day. But however important the marketing was, that's not what made the difference for me. From the beginning, I was comfortable with and confident in Sandy. She handled everything. She didn't make me feel bad about my home's shortcomings (and it had them); rather, she focused on its advantages. And when I was worried about one thing or another -- what do you mean, home repairs? what's a contingency? who is this home inspector person and what is he doing in my house? -- she was there to either take it off my plate or to explain why I needn't worry. I never had a doubt that she was working hard for me and with my best interests at heart. Here's the thing with realtors: they're not like hair dressers or landscapers or even dentists, whom we may want (or in the case of dentists, unfortunately need) regularly. For most of us, we're only going to need a realtor every four or five years, or more likely every ten or twenty years. And with respect to Sandy, that makes me a little sad -- because she's both a consummate professional and someone I enjoyed personally. As much as I am glad that my previous home sold quickly and as happy I am in my new home -- and hope not to have to move again for many, many years -- I do wish that one had need for realtors more than once in a very great while. Because if I did, Sandy's the one I would call. But since I don't expect to need a realtor myself any time soon, the next best thing I can do is to offer this review, in hopes of helping others to make the same connection.”

“My Husband found Sandy on Yelp based on her reviews. Our situation was a challenging one we had to move my Mom out of the Vegas. We live in California and we were not sure how this was going to work living in California and selling a house in Vegas. We knew we could not travel back and forth to get everything fixed and signed and so forth...Sandy took care of EVERYTHING!!!! She is AMAZING and that word is not doing her justice, I think she needs a special word just for her professionalism, her promptness with communication and advice. “We purchased our first house in Las Vegas just about two months ago. We both are generally not very comfortable with the 'salesmen/women' types of people and we were concerned that our experience of home buying could be negatively affected by constantly having to deal with the 'push'iness, sales tactics, and general personal distance of some real estate agents we had come to know in the past. Being from outside the state of Nevada and not knowing anyone from there, we found Sandy and a couple of other real estate agents through our search on Yelp and contacted them for representing us as a buyer's agent. Unlike the other candidates who either did not respond within a reasonable time frame, or did not show much enthusiasm for us 'out-of-state buyers', Sandy called us back quickly with much interest and got things into motion by asking us about what we were looking for, etc., what our options were, and she put us on a house search mailing list based on the criteria we provided her. After talking with her over the phone a few times and deciding on some houses to look for, we had the opportunity to meet her in person and we were delighted to find out that her energy, personality, enthusiasm, professional attitude, and her knowledge of the Las Vegas area would work great for us sans the typical pushiness and cold separation that we had anticipated. Thanks to Sandy's work, we ended up seeing more than 30 to 40 houses by her driving us around in many parts of Las Vegas that we decided on and over a course of 3 trips that we made for finding the house we liked, and she looked into many more houses and gave us tips and pointers on the houses, writing the offers and contracts, bidding, and closing steps.
