Everyone

a home
The Equal Housing Opportunity pledge is the law of the land, and it is the standard this practice holds itself to. This page has the statement, the resources and the reporting paths if you ever need them.
Equal Housing Opportunity
Sandy Margolin and Real Broker LLC are committed to equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and we comply with the Federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local requirements.
We pledge to provide equal professional service, to be knowledgeable about fair housing law and practice, and to refuse to accept instructions that discriminate in the sale, rental or financing of housing.
Know your rights
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enforces the Fair Housing Act. Anyone who believes they have experienced housing discrimination can file a complaint with HUD online at HUD.gov or by calling HUD's discrimination hotline at 1-800-669-9777.
In Nevada, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission handles fair housing complaints under state law. Local jurisdictions, including the City of Las Vegas, Clark County and the City of Henderson, also enforce fair housing protections.
The pledge in practice
This pledge applies to every home, every community and every client: first-time buyers and downsizers, renters and investors, 55+ community residents and luxury buyers alike. The standard is the same for everyone, and the evidence-based approach to real estate is part of how fairness is delivered.
