A modern 55+ village in Cadence
Heritage brought the 55+ category to Cadence when it opened around 2015, and it remains the master's active-adult anchor. The gate, the single-story plans and Cadence's central park and sports campus make it a rare newer 55+ address with a town under development around it.
Single-story, low-maintenance
Collections are predominantly single-story, from wider villas to courtyard plans, with the low-maintenance, guard-gated setup that attracts downsizers and out-of-state buyers. Sale style here is newer construction resale alongside any remaining direct Lennar inventory.
Club and the Cadence campus
The community runs its own clubhouse and fitness culture, while Cadence contributes the central park, sports campus, trails and the growing commercial environment outside the gate.
East Henderson with a plan
The location balances everything a 55+ buyer usually wants: newer housing, safe gated streets, walkable park space and a short run to the Galleria corridor, with the Strip and downtown both under a half hour.
