Years as an appraiser
Approximately 20 years as a licensed residential real estate appraiser, until I gave up that license in 2013. I am not a current appraiser, but I still evaluate property the way the best appraisers do.

My business spans a broad range of Las Vegas real estate. My typical residential client works in the approximately $400,000 to $1.5 million range, and I have significant experience representing clients in higher-end and luxury properties from $1 million to several million dollars.
I also work with condominiums, 55+ active-adult properties, new construction, investment properties and high-rise residences at varying price points. I do not select clients based solely on price; the quality of the relationship and my ability to provide meaningful expertise are more important.
