A gated pocket on the ridge
The Foothills places its guard gate on the upper ground of the ranch, with a members' club as the social anchor. It is smaller and more intimate than the Highlands, with the same valley approach.
The housing picture
Homes are upscale single-family and detached custom residences arranged along the ridge, many with open and valley views. The members' club, the gate and the Highlands' golf across the ravine complete the amenity map.
