Sunstone Overview
Sunstone is a newer master-planned community in the far northwest Las Vegas valley, just off U.S. 95 at the Kyle Canyon Road / O'Hare Road corridor with the Spring Mountains to the west. Lennar, Shea Homes and Woodside Homes broke ground in 2019, and homes opened from about 2021 onward.
The plan covers roughly 630 acres and is planned for about 3,000 to 3,650 homes across roughly eight to ten neighborhoods, with later builders including KB Home, Century Communities and Richmond American. The mix spans all-ages single-family homes and the gated Trilogy Sunstone 55+ enclave by Shea.
Amenities include parks, a bike pump track and Wi-Fi-enabled trails, with the mountains at the doorstep and a fast U.S. 95 connection to the rest of the valley. For many buyers it is the appeal of the newest construction in a community still taking shape.
