Summerlin Centre Overview
Summerlin Centre is the roughly 400-acre mixed-use district at the center of Summerlin South. It was the original name for the project that became Downtown Summerlin, and today the name covers the whole commercial core: the open-air retail center, the ballpark, the arena and the offices along Town Center Drive.
Downtown Summerlin opened in October 2014 with more than 125 stores and restaurants in a pedestrian-friendly streetscape.
