Redpoint Overview

Redpoint sits on the eastern edge of Summerlin West, along the north side of Far Hills Drive, and it is the first village many drivers see when they enter the West area from the 215. Development started in 2020, and the village is now a patchwork of finished neighborhoods and newer streets still filling in.

The character is family-oriented and walkable: detached homes, wide streets, desert contemporary architecture and connections to the new village centers of Summerlin West. Some official Summerlin materials refer to Redpoint as a district, but buyers and neighbors alike treat it as a village, and the homes do the talking.

Homes

Homes & Characteristics

Redpoint is a single-family village: detached one- and two-story homes on elevated, often view-oriented lots, typically from roughly 1,600 to over 3,500 square feet. Floor plans favor open layouts and indoor-outdoor living, with desert landscaping the standard.

What It Sells For Right Now

As of mid-2026, Redpoint still has new-home sales in some neighborhoods while the earliest phases trade as resale. New single-family pricing in the village has run from around $750,000 up, depending on neighborhood, lot and view. Builder pricing changes release by release, so ask for current numbers rather than relying on published ranges.

When a village is half new and half resale, pricing gets tricky, and that is my specialty. I will compare the builder's current release price against what comparable resales in Redpoint have actually closed for, so you know which route makes sense.
