Summerlin's dining scene grew up with the master plan: neighborhood centers, a polished downtown, and patio restaurants with mountain views. As a Summerlin specialist, this is where I send clients and friends.

The short list

Where to eat,
start to finish

Summerlin dining is spread across village centers rather than one dense strip, which sounds inconvenient and is actually wonderful: every neighborhood has its locals' room, and the quality is consistently high.

Downtown Summerlin is the beating heart: an outdoor dining district that feels like a resort piazza.

The neighborhood farm-to-table favorite in Summerlin Centre: great patios, honest cooking and a loyal local crowd.

The Downtown Summerlin move

Downtown Summerlin is the area's social center: outdoor tables, a movie theater, seasonal events and a farmers market. Dinner there plus a walk around the fountain is the classic Summerlin evening.

Book patios on spring and fall evenings, they are the most requested seats in the neighborhood.

The village-center pattern

Each Summerlin village has a center, and each center has its locals' standbys: coffee, a casual lunch, a dinner spot. When I show homes in Summerlin West or The Paseos, I end the day at the village center so buyers feel the neighborhood, not just the house.

It is one of the reasons people fall for Summerlin: the everyday life is pleasant, and the food is part of it.

Moving to Las Vegas? The food is part of the decision.

When clients relocate, the dining scene is one of the best ways to feel out a neighborhood. I can point you to the restaurants that make each corner of the valley home.
